PETRONAS OIL & GAS COMPANY shall employ you, and you agree to competently and professionally perform such duties as are customarily the responsibility of the position as set forth in the job description. 2. outside Business Activities. Severability: If any of the provisions of this Agreement are determined to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable, such provisions shall be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make such provisions enforceable, and the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect to the extent the economic benefits conferred upon the parties by this Agreement remain substantially unimpaired. I believe you are either from India or Pakistan. There have been countless people from these two countries asking almost similar questions and i can assure you that all of them were scam. Yours is no exception. for your case here are some points i like to highlight : (1) contact numbers given above do no exist (2) website does not exist (3) Petronas will NEVER hire a foreigner to be HR Manager (4) Your work permit can only be applied by your employer not yourself (5) Who is "travelling counsellor" ? The answer he is an agent If you make any payment to this "travelling counsellor", then you are as good as having donated to them.
