How can I find a part time job in Kuala lumpur ?
I am going to study in westmister college in Selangor and I like to work as well, I need to know that what kind of job i can find and how much is the estimated of salary?

Look out for the nearest 7 eleven and apply for appropriate position .. normally they will pay you RM 3.50 per hour for part time .. or maybe you can work at petrol pump or any other fast food restaurant such as pizza or mcdonald ... the worst you can work is .. a Money Boy in KL .. ok .. good luck

There are plenty of part time jobs around whether it's professional or not professional. Just come over & be prepared with your copy of resume, IC, or even extra photos. If you're lucky working @ Coffee Beans, Starbucks, pubs & etc. can pay up to RM5+ per hour for a part time waiter. While others sales, restorant etc. mainly RM2.80-3.50 per hour. Try to scout around Phileo Damansara & Midvalley for some data entry jobs; per hour pay about RM5. But make sure you've decent typing speed. But my personal advice is that; if you're not familar wth your studies & the area itself; it's advisable for you to focus on your studies & college life first. Many students I've met can't balance their studies & work well eventually things fall apart & they drop out of college coz. can't adapt to college life & studies.

As everyone said, don't overwork yourself. Your studies are more important. That being said, I worked as one of those sampler dudes for about RM60 for 8 hours. They have companies for that, like Demo Power. It's an incredibly tiring job though. Ask if your college has a school-sponsored tutoring program where seniors tutor freshman. The tutors in my school got RM20/hour (!). Even non-college-sponsored tutoring classes can still be rewarding. My last job was teaching keyboard for about RM10/hour, so maybe you can negotiate with your music club for that.

Can a Britsh guy (non muslim) an Iranian muslim girl in Turkey?
Both professional people, both over 21 and happened to fall in love. I'm a UK national and she is living and working in Kuala Lumpur. Due to being Iranian she can't get a visa for many countries but she and I can both get to Turkey without visa's. So, will Turkish authorities allow us to marry if we have all the correct docs?

No, under islamic law a non muslim man cannot marry a muslim woman, while a non muslim woman can marry a muslim man. You can get married in the UK, USA, Canada, Australia, or in any non-muslim country, but the marriage would not be recognised in Iran & Malaysia (and all muslim countries). cause she's not allowed to marry a non-muslim guy. If you really love her, you need to convert into muslim so that you can marry her in Turkey and the marriage would be valid in her home country. If her family doesnt approve the marriage (most likely), you both can land into big trouble and she knows it. if you really really love her, you must be prepared to fight for her. With all respect, it is clearly obvious that iamx has never lived in an Islamic nation and doesnt know anything about Islamic culture. Turkey is 98% muslim Turkish authorities would not perform a civil ceremony between a muslim woman and a non-muslim man as it is forbidden in Islam., even in iamx' link, it is mentioned that: 'Turkish officials cannot perform a marriage that would not be approved in your own country. If your own country's laws prohibit you from marrying, you will not be able to obtain from authorities of your own country the documents that are required by Turkish marriage law.' Iran is an Islamic nation, they'll not authorise her to marry a non-muslim person, unless you convert to Islam.

We received a work offer from the above mentioned co. for work in Kuala Lumpur and they want us to go through a office that they recommended and pay monies for a working permit in KL. As I have read other answers it seems to be the employers responsibility to obtain the permit and not ours.
