Special Education is for students with DISABILITIES. You have miscatergorized your question. Y!A suggests a category but you need to verify it is the correct category and change it if need be. This will ensure you will get more useful responses. http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Special_education The provision of education to people with disabilities or learning differences differs across countries and (in the US, Canada, Germany, and other federally organized countries) across states http://www.indiaedu.com/education-india/special-education-in-india.html Special education in India was present since the pre independence time, with very few schools or NGOs helping intellectually impaired children. Today India has come a long way and made a good progress in the field of disability rehabilitation. Presently India has four national institutes for effective implementation of this special education through various government schemes. Will xbox 360 games bought in malaysia work on a console which was bought in Australia

Will xbox 360 games bought in malaysia work on a console which was bought in Australia?
I know there's an issue with the region or something, how does it all work? Also, are controllers the same? Last thing, are PC games different? Will they work?

sure why not, the only thing that is not the same is the electrical plug on the console

Xbox 360 games are unusual in that they do not necessarily have region coding. It is up to the publisher to decide whether or not to include the region coding in their games. This means that for some games, it is possible to buy the Australian versions and still use them on your Xbox 360 no matter what region it is (malaysia, singapore etc). Malaysia is a PAL country..and so is australia..so,the answer is yes.. EDIT : controller the same.. EDIT(again) : For pc games They're not region-locked, and no, they're not subject to differences in resolution either. PC resolutions are universal, you got yer 800x600, yer 1024x768, yer 1280x768, yer 1280x720, yer 1920x1024, and yer 1920x1080. Games are generally versatile in being able to adapt across various res's and many will allow you to play in a window if it doesn't match the res exactly.

Will an international iPhone purchased in Malaysia work in the U.S with an AT&T plan? If it doesn't work, will wi-fi & iTouch capabilities still work? Will the wi-fi & regular itouch capabilities work?

Unfortunately they are not compatible as Malaysia and Europe (and most of the known world) use a network called GSM whereas America use CDMA However, you can take it to a local store who can unlock the iPhone for a nominal fee and reload it using the CDMA network :-)
2 :
Probably, if it is a multi band model and works with Celcom....but on registration with AT&T, you may need to pay extra, as you are not buyig the phone from them.....
3 :
Like the gentleman said above you could unlock the phone then you can load a prepaid sims to any phone carrier here in the U.S. You might also ask your AT&T provider (Malaysia) if international roaming are available, meaning you can call Malaysia anytime w/o any problem. Of course, that will be an extra charge on your phone bill from AT&T.

I need a friend from university of nottingham, malaysia campus who will give me details on staying there.?
I want to know more about malaysia and more especially university of Nottingham's malaysia campus. Live there, accommodation, health, sports and the Department of Computer Science and Information Technology. What's generally the lecturer - students relationship like? Is there wireless services, can students have access to internet at any point in time? What of the accommodations? are there sufficient internet services? What of the Kuala Lumpur city? Is it highly ICT compliant? What are the estimated prices of laptops with higher configuraqtions? what of desktops? I mean there maximum and minimum prices in us dollars? What of job opportunities? Can one be working while on study? Can I get your email addres so we can be communicating?
