Where can I buy a Professional looking laptop bag for my 17" MacBook Pro in Kuala Lumpur

Where can I buy a Professional looking laptop bag for my 17" MacBook Pro in Kuala Lumpur?
Looking for a laptop bag to fit my 17" MacBook Pro (+wires/cables/pens/etc of course) that isn't a brightly coloured pack back. Need it for work, so I want it to be black/silver/grey, plain but stylish. I don't mind leather/hard case, but with an additional shoulder strap would be perfect. Not looking for an old-grandpa looking bag or a children's styled bag. I am a Marketing Executive, Male, late 20's, so I where suits all the time & walking around with a 'pretty little back pack' doesn't suit my suit! Hard to find in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia. If you know, let me know! Otherwise I'll have to buy online. P.S PLEASE DON'T JUST GUESS!!!... I want to know where others have bought there's, or have seen what I am describing. I have been to Sungei Wang, Low Yat, BB Plaza, KLCC, etc. I would like to know exactly where to get what I'm looking for, not just a 'I reckon if you go there, you'll find what you want' kind of answer. Only genuine answers please! Happy New Year!

Hi look for an Arabic restaurant or shop in your city and put an advertisement in the place or ask the owner for help, or contact a local newspaper in an Arabic country and put an advertisement, its much faster.

MR 5000. salary, better go now. you life just like " SULTAN ". in KL , every night can go to Jalan Aro .
2 :
i think rm5000 is an OK amount. u can still eat and buy things with that money. but you must choose where to buy and eat, as prices differ from one shop to one shop. as for monthly cost, maybe around rm4000 to rm5000.

Monthly cost of living depends on you. It can be nothing if you have free lodging and food and utilities and no need to travel to work and over RM20k if you buy a Mercedes, rent a bungalow etc. There are many people earning less that RM5k in KL and are financially OK and there are those who earn RM20k and have nothing left over each month. Let me list out some costs and you can decide if this is correct for you. 1. Tax - 15%? You did not say if your salary is net or gross. Income tax is deducted from your salary monthly, so that will be RM750 2. EPF - 9% - So about RM500 (May not be applicable to you though) 3. Rent - RM300 for a room and perhaps RM1k for an apartment (depend on location) 4. Travel - Public transport is not good in KL, so if you need to move around, you may end up taking taxis (horrors!) or buying a car (RM300 a month and petrol depends on your travelling?) or a bike (will be cheaper) 5. Food - RM5 for a cheap meal, could be up to RM10 for a normal meal. So these are the basics, the rest (e.g. partying) is up to you. By the way, you should ask this question in Malaysia section instead of Singapore.

Living expenses in Kuala Lumpur

Living expenses in Kuala Lumpur?
Hi, I have got a job offer to work as a Network Engineer in one of KLs local company. I am single and would like to know how much can be my living expenditure per month living there? Taking in equation that company is not going to offer me any kind of facilities, and i will be paid RM4000/ Month. Neither i consume alcohol or like partying. Only simple comfortable living i love.

Please specify certain details of each prodcuts because there are a lot of things sell in Malaysia. But RM 4000 is not a problem at all to live. You can even live in luxury ( if you are single)
2 :
A salary of 4k for a single person is sufficient if you live in a rented home outskirt of KL..spending prudently and going clubbing less will also let you have an extra $ to save at the end of the month...

if you live in a simple lifestyle and alone, you could save quite a lot of money
