You should consider Singapore. Its a multicultural society and well-connected to the rest of the world. The country is advanced with the comforts of modern living (but this can be said of both Malaysia and HK too). But most importantly, if you are concerned about your children's education, in my opinion, Singapore's education provide better fundamentals than what can be generally obtained in KL and HK. Of course, to qualify that sentence, you can still get good educaiton in KL and HK for a price.

I personally feel that growing up in Asia makes a person more cultured and well mannered, esp for kids. I miss that right now as my kids are now growing up with rowdy caucasians and are learning to swear at 4yrs old what's the deal with that? Education system is much better too in Singapore.
